Monetizing Your Website
The internet is an awesome marketplace. It gives just about anyone the ability to start a website, but that’s common knowledge. What you might not have known is that making money from your website is probably a whole lot easier than you expected, and if you put the time and effort into it, it could be enough to be your full-time job (not that I suggest quitting your day job to start a website) I personally know people who run websites that make thousands of dollars a month in advertising revenue alone, and nearly all of them started as something they did part-time and just for fun. Imagine that, doing something you enjoy, doing it part-time and making money! It sounds like one of those late-night infomercials (the ones where you can make $40,000 in two weeks). So, how do you go about making money on the internet? Today I’ll talk a little bit about monetizing your website, and we’ll also touch on some different ways to drive traffic to your site.
