Who are you?

My name is Tyler Treat. I am a Twin Cities-based multimedia designer, coder and writer. My work spans both interactive (web) and print mediums. I do web design, web programming, graphic design, print design, copywriting, editing and more. I am the founder and co-owner of Clarion Media, LLC. Clarion Media is a company that focuses on establishing a strong web and print presence for businesses and other organizations.

I have also been actively involved in video game journalism. I am the founder and former owner of a gaming publication called Game-Spectrum as well as the current editor-in-chief of Brave New Gamer. Another journalist position I held was Senior Staff Editor for Xbox Focus, an Xbox 360 news outlet.

As a journalist, I have been in the industry for over five years. I have experience managing publications and content workflow as well as writing, editing and preparing content for publication. With my time as a journalist, I have developed a long list of contacts within the industry.
